After having the clamps on my tubes removed in September, I have yet to have my period. Could I be pregnant?

Pregnancy is always possible. However, if the clamps were simply removed, then pregnancy is unlikely because the tubes will remain closed. The tubal ends must be rejoined to have a good chance at pregnancy.
