Are there complications / problems with tubal ligations?

Some women report a variety of symptoms after having a tubal ligation that has been called "Post Tubal Ligation Syndrome". Although disputed by many doctors, I have conducted a follow-up study on several hundred women who came to me for tubal ligation reversal and found that approximately 90% of them reported improvement or complete resolution of their symptoms after tubal reversal surgery.
