Clamps can be removed. If pregnancy is the goal, the tubes need to be rejoined through tubal reversal surgery. It sounds like you may have tubal endometriosis. If this is the case, it can often be corrected at the time of the tubal reversal. Be sure to find a specialist who is accredited and skilled at addressing both.
