Can I get pregnant if I have a tubal reversal? I've had polyps/cysts and only have one ovary and one tube.

It is not uncommon to reverse a tubal ligation in a patient with one tube. Amazingly enough, with one tube and one ovary on the same side, you still have an excellent chance of getting pregnant every month. Now, this is all dependent on your age, ovarian reserve, health of your tubes, etc.
