It is certainly possible to have tubal reconstruction after surgery for cyst removal. At age 50, however, the expected pregnancy rate is minimal due to the decline in natural fertility with age. On the other hand, in the last year, we had a 51 year old woman give birth after her tubal reversal procedure.
