Tubal reversal can be performed and is safe. The chance of pregnancy after tubal reversal surgery is approximately 60%. The main risk is ectopic pregnancy. We recommend patients follow an early monitoring protocol to test for ectopic, and this would allow your doctor to treat any abnormal pregnancy with medication.
