In 2010 I had my tubes tied after I had my son. Could I have a successful tubal reversal? Is it possible for them to grow back on their own?

You could have a successful tubal reversal. Tubes don't grow back on their own. You could have a tubal ligation failure but that chance is less than 1% and most of them are ectopic (in the tube) pregnancies.
