There is no specific time frame that is too long to have a successful tubal reversal. As long as a woman is ovulating and menstruating, there is the possibility of becoming pregnant. Of course there is a pattern of declining fertility with increasing age that is related to underlying reproductive biology rather than to tubal reversal surgery.
