I got my tubes clamped 3 years ago. I was wondering would I have a good chance of getting pregnant if i had a tubal reversal?

You would have an excellent chance of getting pregnant after reversal of tubal clamps (clips). The pregnancy rate for our patients after tubal clip reversal is 78 percent overall and up to 90 percent depending upon your age. You should be able to have another pregnancy as soon as you have recovered from the procedure, which is generally about one week.
