I assume you mean that your had the Falope Ring tubal ligation in 2001. The time from your ligation until reversal is significant only in that you are older, now 40. If you have a tubal reversal here, our follow-up statistics show that you would have a 50 percent change of getting pregnant if you are having regular periods.
