I had a bilateral tubal ligation and my tubes were crushed, cauterized and suture ligated. Would I be a good candidate for tubal reversal surgery?

The lengths of tube removed, according to the pathology report, are small (standard for tubal ligation). It is not possible to know how much of the tube was cauterized. The operative report might give more information about this. What you have had done is a fairly common method of tubal ligation and we have found that reversal is possible in 98% of cases. Gary S.
