It is possible for you to have a reversal, but it would not do you much good. By "burning of my lining", I think you are referring to endometrial ablation. Since this damages or destroys the uterine lining, it does not usually allow for normal pregnancy to occur. At age 44 and after tubal sterilization and endometrial ablation, I am sorry to tell you that your childbearing years are over. Gary S. Berger, M.D.
