QUESTION AND ANSWER

I have a 14 year-old child. I was recently diagnosed with azoospermia. Does this latest diagnosis indicate that the first child was not mine?

It is hard to say with certainty. If the azoospermia existed your entire life then the child is not yours but if it developed later in life then the child could be yours. The only way to know for certain is to obtain a DNA test of the child to determine if the child is genetically your own.
