I have had 3 c-sections-last one I was told that my uterus lining is very thin and I should have a TL? Can I have a reversal?

You can certainly have a tubal reversal after 3 c-sections. A careful vaginal ultrasound exam should be able to tell if there is anything unusual about the uterine muscle (such as a thin area).
