I have had Filshie clips for 5 1/2 years. What are my risks, pro and cons, of having a tubal reversal with hopes of becoming pregnant again?

The Filshie clip is the best of all tubal ligation methods to reverse. Overall pregnancy rate at Chapel Hill after this reversal is 78%, but in our experience it varies by a woman's age from 90% for women under 30, 82% for women age 30-34, 73% for women age 35-39, and 31% for women age 40 and older.
