I have hydrosalpinx and want to have my tubal ligation reversed. Is that possible?

It is possible you could have a tubal reversal; however, if you have a large hydrosalpinx, then in vitro fertilization may be your best option. You would need to have your records reviewed to determine the exact cause of the hydrosalpinx. If the tubal closure is only from the ectopic then surgery may be beneficial. If the hydrosalpinx is from an infection and involves both tubes then in vitro may be your best option.
