Is it normal for a tubal ligation to cause weight gain, bleeding and cramping? Would a reversal fix this?

A reversal may or may not help; it really depends on the reason you are having your symptoms. I would encourage you to have your doctor evaluate you for all possible causes before considering a tubal ligation reversal.
