Tubal ligation reversal after the tubes have been burned or cauterized is possible. It would be helpful to know what type of coagulation was used (monopolar or bipolar) . It would also be helpful to review your operative report to understand as fully as possible how much damage may have been done to your fallopian tubes. You can obtain a copy of your operative report from your doctor or from the Medical Records Department of the hospital where your surgery was performed.
