Monopolar tubal coagulation can be very damaging to the fallopian tubes. Tubal reversal can be an option, but I would encourage you to consider a screening laparoscopy just before your tubal reversal to make sure your tubes can be repaired. Otherwise, you risk funding a procedure that will not give you the results you are looking for.
