I am 43 years old and want to have another baby. I have had a kidney removed and I’m concerned about being able to carry full term.

Pregnancy is possible for you but would be high risk As a result of your age and having one kidney you would be at higher risk of developing complications of pregnancy and would be at risk of preterm delivery.
