It is difficult to say what your chances are, given the fact we have not examined your health status, your ovarian reserve and your tubal health. But let's say that everything is good in those areas, you have a chance of becoming pregnant, but there may be difficultly because of your age. It is harder to become pregnant with increasing age so I would not delay seeing a fertility specialist. This is true whether you have tubal reversal surgery of IVF.
