If your periods are normal, the endometrial ablation procedure did not destroy the uterine lining and you will have the same odds of a successful pregnancy after tubal reversal as others. If you are having minimal periods since the ablation, then the chances of becoming pregnant are low and the risks of miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, and premature delivery are high if you do become pregnant.
