What are my options if I had my tubes tied?

You options to get pregnant after having your tubes tied are either tubal ligation reversal or IVF. Based on our long-term follow up study, tubal ligation reversal is a better option for most patients both in terms of success (pregnancy and birth rates) and cost. Once tied tubes are reversed, there is a chance of becoming pregnant every month thereafter, compared with IVF in which case pregnancy either occurs or does not at the end of a treatment cycle.
