The cost of tubal reversal ranges from $6,000 to $30,000. If performed in a hospital with overnight stay, the cost can be on the upper end. Outpatient tubal reversal is more affordable. At our facility we charge $6,400 to reverse the Pomeroy tubal ligation. There are no financial programs for reversal, but many people will consider financing through a medical finance company.
